Our services
AshleySeko provides digital, creative, business and project services. Specific terms for each engagement are agreed upon before work commences. Pricing displayed on this website represents starting prices. Final pricing is confirmed after a brief review of your specific requirements.
Enquiries and bookings
Submitting an enquiry, consultation request or project brief does not constitute a binding agreement. An engagement begins only when both parties have agreed on scope, deliverables and pricing in writing.
Consultations
Consultation fees are payable before the session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund. Please see our Refund Policy for details.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics and code — is the property of ASHLEYSEKO PROJECTS (PTY) LTD unless otherwise stated. Work created for clients becomes the client's property upon full payment, as agreed in the project agreement.
Limitation of liability
AshleySeko provides services in good faith. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the specific service provided.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with South African law.
